Location

Situated in Tai Hang, a delightful enclave between Causeway Bay and Tin Hau, this hotel is a slow travel oasis just moments away from the pulse of the city. As a first-time visitor to Hong Kong, the hotel's location offers a perfect balance—close enough to easily explore landmarks like Victoria Park and the excitement of the city's shopping and dining, yet tucked away in a invited neighbourhood. It’s an ideal introduction to the city's diverse offerings without compromising on tranquility.

Staying in the Tai Hang neighbourhood was an absolute delight and I really enjoyed staying in this location.

The abundance of charming coffee shops, each exuding its unique personality, made morning explorations a joyous affair. I found myself effortlessly hopping from one traditional restaurant to another, savouring the tantalising flavours of authentic cuisine that resonated with the city's rich heritage.

But what truly captivated me was the neighbourhood's buzz, an energetic pulse that never seemed to fade. Whether strolling through bustling streets or simply soaking in the local culture, Tai Hang's spirited ambiance left an indelible impression, making each day an exciting journey of discovery.

Style & Decor

Upon stepping into the Little Tai Hang, I was immediately struck by its contemporary yet inviting ambiance. The hotel's stylish decor effortlessly marries modern aesthetics with cosy touches. From the sleek lobby adorned with tasteful art pieces to the thoughtfully designed interiors of the rooms, the blend of warm tones and clean lines creates an inviting atmosphere. It's a delightful welcome after a day of exploring the city.

The rooms at Little Tai Hang are a testament to refined comfort. There are a range of accommodations offered, from intimate studios to spacious suites, all meticulously designed to cater to diverse preferences.

We stayed in the Harbour View One Bedroom Apartment at Little Tai Hang Hotel, which was spacious, comfortable, and offered incredible views of the Hong Kong’s incredible skyline. The expansive layout seamlessly integrates a cosy living area with a thoughtfully designed bedroom, creating a sense of serenity amidst the urban energy. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the mesmerising harbour vistas, painting a picturesque backdrop that amplifies the room's allure.

The plush furnishings, including a sumptuous bed and inviting seating, perfectly complement the room's ambiance, inviting relaxation while relishing the ever-changing spectacle of Hong Kong's iconic harbour. Each corner exudes a sense of luxury and comfort, making these rooms a haven for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

Facilities

While compact, the facilities at Little Tai Hang are designed to offer convenience and relaxation. The hotel features a fitness centre for those wanting to stay active during their travels and a cosy lounge area to unwind. The highlight, however, lies in the personalised service—the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, offering guidance on exploring the city and assisting with any needs.

There isn’t an on site restaurant, and as such, no breakfast option is available. However this didn’t prove to be a problem for us at all, as we were literally surrounded by dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
