5 romantics restaurants to celebrate Valentine's Day

Top 5 most romantic restaurants to celebrate Valentine's Day in London 2018

 Best Valentines day restaurants

Card - check. Flowers - check. Chocolates - check. Restaurant...uh oh! If you're stuck on which restaurant to declare your undying love to your special one to, don't worry, Her Favourite Food has got you covered.
London is full of beautiful restaurant made just for the occasion, but I’ve whittled them down to my favourite five restaurants in London perfect for romantic Valentine’s Day meal!

1. The luxurious one - Bob Bob Ricard

Bob Bob Ricard is lavish, luxurious and very seductive. The glitzy twenties decor spreads throughout the restaurant, from the floor tiles to the chandeliers. Settle in to dine from an intriguing anglo-russian menu and make the most of the infamous ‘press for champagne’ button with your date. The Eton Mess is to die for here so save some room for that!

It’s hard enough getting a reservation at this exclusive Soho restaurant at any other time of year so securing one for Valentine’s Day is bound to impress!

2. The cosy one - Edwins Borough

Edwins Borough is a gorgeous little restaurant tucked away on Borough High Street.
Ascending the stairs and entering the restaurant space instantly feels like entering a cosy well-kept dining secret.
The staff here are superb so go with their recommendations on the food and pair with exquisite wines they have on offer. Even if your date goes awry, you’re guaranteed to fall in love with the food at Edwins Borough!

3. The one with the views - Duck and Waffle

We are lucky enough to have one of the most beautiful skylines in the world and Duck and Waffle offers truly spectacular views across London.
Dan Doherty never fails to impress and his menu at Duck and Waffle is full of winners. Whether you dine at this 24 hour restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner (or even at 4am!) the quality of the ingredients and gorgeous presentation of the dishes will stay with you not just over Valentine’s Day, but for the rest of the year too.

4. The sweet (and spicy) one - Bombay Bustle

Bombay Bustle located in Mayfair is an Indian restaurant which delivers on spice. However, get a seat at the dessert bar and watch the pastry chef conjure up your order in front of you. The desserts at Bombay Bustle are divine, and not only do the chefs give suggestions, but they might even create a celebratory cake for Valentine’s Day for you!

5. The outdoorsy one - The Orangery at Kew Gardens

Kew Gardens’ beautiful orchid festival begins on the 10 of February. Combine this must-see event with a meal at The Orangery for a lush green Valentine’s Day. The Orangery offer a gorgeous Afternoon tea menu with Champagne to celebrate in a very special way.

Whichever restaurant you choose, your loved one is certain to be impressed, the rest is up to you! I hope you have a Valentine's Day to remember.
